Method of payments

Ordering on-line is easy. Simply browse the site and order the products you are interested in. Click 'view cart' to check your order and then click 'check out'. If you are a new customer you will need to sign in to open your order account. Provide your address and phone number and submit your order. You will shortly receive a purchase email with a reference number.

Alternatively, call us Monday - Saturday between 10am and 5pm, Sunday between 12am and 4pm on 0845 226 0122, or email us at info@celticpineandoak.co.uk and one of our staff will contact you to take your order over the phone.

How do I pay?

You can pay in the same way as you would one of our shops. We are happy to accept credit cards, debit cards, cheques, bank transfers, cash (only at our shops). Please make your cheques payable to Celtic Pine and send to:

Full payment is required when you order online.

Are my details secure?

We use secure servers. We have kept to a minimum the requirements of logging in and assure you that we only use the information held for business purposes. We do not release any information to others.

How much is delivery?

Please see the Delivery page. Celtic Pine & Oak delivers some items free of charge e.g beds, other orders from £5 up to a maximum of £40, no matter how many products you purchase. We deliver to most addresses in the U.K. We will confirm details when you place your order. Alternatively you can collect your order from our shops.
